How long does the treatment take?
Depending upon the patient’s unique needs, a JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ XC treatment session can usually be completed within 30 minutes. Many patients choose to schedule their appointment during a lunch break or in between errands, since they can quickly return to their normal routine without any downtime. For patients who wish to maximize their comfort and take advantage of our complimentary topical numbing cream, the treatment time will be increased by 15 minutes.
What are the common side effects of treatment?
Most patients experience little to no downtime after a JUVÉDERM VOLLURE™ XC treatment session. Mild swelling or bruising may occur at the injection site, though these side effects typically dissipate quickly should they occur.
